Creating a Teebly Business Account
Use this guide to create your Teebly business account, set up your indoor golf facility and start accepting bookings.
Prerequisites
You will need the following before setting up your Teebly business account:
- Access to your Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) for your facility's location
- Business logo, bay images, and facility images
- Business terms, policies, and conditions
- Bay details, descriptions, images, and pricing
Setting Up Your Account
When you're ready, sign up for your Teebly business account. The onboarding process will guide you through the steps required, including:
- Linking your Google Business Profile
- Setting up your Teebly business profile
- Creating bays and pricing
- Adding business policies
- Completing payout and business information
Important
Until you complete the payout and business information step, your booking portal will show "Not currently accepting bookings."
Once completed, your listing becomes bookable in the Teebly marketplace app and through your booking portal.

Teebly supports autonomous and semi-autonomous indoor golf facilities through a range of hardware and software integrations designed to automate operations. These include access control systems for secure entry and an IFTTT integration to enable bay automations.
Access Control
We offer a wide range of access control integrations to provide secure, booking-based entry. A door access integration is strongly recommended for autonomous indoor golf facilities.

- Automatic door unlock during booking times
- Secure, booking-based entry (access granted 15 minutes before and until booking end)
- No additional hardware costs for supported devices
- Access automatically revoked when bookings end or are cancelled
Bay Automation with IFTTT
Through IFTTT (If This Then That), Teebly enables you to customize your automations. Define what happens to your hardware when specific events occur at your facility, including control of bays, lighting, audio and more.
Example Use Case
When a bay becomes active, automatically:
- Turn on bay lights via smart plug
- Start a Spotify playlist
- Adjust thermostat settings
- Send notifications
