Teebly Bay Tools

Overview

Teebly Bay Tools is Teebly's software suite for bay automation and in-bay guest experience.

It includes two purpose-built components:

• Bay Tools Controller: a Windows application that automates bays with lock/unlock automation, prompts golfers to extend their booking and allows operators to message bays.
• Bay Tools Display: a customer-facing iPad app that displays booking countdown, how-to/troubleshooting content and support details.

Choose your setup path

1. Controller only. Best for facilities that want bay automation, session control and automated extension reminders.
2. Display only. Best for facilities that want to elevate their in-bay experience with booking visibility and self-service support content on iPad.
3. Controller + Display. Best for a fully guided bay experience that combines automation with customer-facing in-bay help materials.

Recommended Bay Tools setup

1. Complete core account setup in Getting Started.
2. Set up Bay Tools Controller on each simulator PC.
3. (Optional) Set up Bay Tools Display in each bay.
4. Enable Bay Tools device notifications in the Teebly dashboard to receive alerts for issues with your Bay Tools devices.
5. Validate automation and display behavior using each reference page's validation checklist.
6. (Optional) Expand automations with the Bay Automation guide and IFTTT integration as needed.
